Lake Erie Warhawks Joins The WRCL !!

The Board of Directors of the Western Reserve Collegiate League is proud to announce the addition of the Lake Erie Warhawks 22U Collegiate team to the league. The Lake Erie Warhawks baseball organization has travel teams from 8U thru 18U and their 22U Collegiate team.

The Lake Erie Warhawks Baseball Club was founded by Adrian Abrahamowicz.  Adrian played at Lorain Catholic High School graduating in 1989. After high school, he continued his playing career as a pitcher at Tiffin University, graduating in 1998. Adrian went on to coach several travel teams in the Lorain County area at the Connie Mack and collegiate levels, winning championships in the Cuyahoga County AAA and Erie Shore Collegiate leagues. 

After coaching high school baseball and basketball for many years at Lorain Catholic, Elyria Catholic. Avon Lake, and Columbia High Schools, Adrian became the assistant baseball coach and recruiting coordinator at Oberlin College in 2006. Adrian was named the head baseball coach at Oberlin College in the fall of 2010.

As Oberlin College’s head baseball coach, Adrian led the team to its first North Coast Athletic Conference title in 2015, and its first ever regional appearance finishing in the top 25.  They also set several new statistical school records, including the records for the most wins and most conference wins in a single season. 

Adrian specializes in the college recruiting process, helping athletes attain their athletic and academic collegiate goals.
